His previous work experience spans three continents and includes roles such as design manager at McDonald’s Corporation, leader of the user-based design practice at Second Road in Sydney, and manager of customer experience at PwC Chicago. He has worked with large clients across several sectors, including banking and financial services, manufacturing, logistics, government, infrastructure, workspace solutions, hospitality in the areas of organizational strategy, innovation management and stakeholder engagement. 

Having received Master degrees in both Business Administration and Human-centered design, Ruben’s engaging approach combines creative and analytical ways of creating and interpreting shared meaning. Ruben has been a professor and keynote speaker in the U.S. and abroad.
