As Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer, Pete is responsible for leading LUMA’s company-wide marketing and brand-building efforts, as well as its Direct-to-Consumer business. Pete previously served as Chief Innovation Officer, where he was responsible for the company’s Product and Business Growth teams, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to that, he served for five years as Chief Operating Officer, during which time the company experienced double-digit profitability and revenue growth every year. Pete co-authored “Innovating for People,” LUMA's widely acclaimed handbook of human-centered design methods, and co-created the LUMA System of Innovation, referred to by Harvard Business Review as the “taxonomy of innovation.”
Previously, Pete was General Manager of Creative Good’s Councils business (now called Collaborative Gain), a private peer-learning and leadership network for customer-focused executives from around the world. Before that, Pete was Co-Founder & AVP of Credit Suisse's Customer Experience Team in London. His previous experience includes stints at two start-ups and consulting in Accenture’s Strategic Services practice.
Pete holds a B.S. in International Business and Supply Chain Management from Penn State.
