Natalie Foley serves as VP & COO at Peer Insight, an innovation consultancy that helps organizations ignite growth by uniting design, business and entrepreneurship. She also is a Founding Partner at PI Ventures, Peer Insight’s venture division. Her expertise is in helping organizations stand up new services, new business models and new experiences in complex environments. Before Peer Insight Natalie led projects for IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in various countries, functions, and industries. She brings her diverse background in strategy, design, technology implementation, and change management to bear throughout the innovation lifecycle: enabling strong exploratory and divergent thinking while understanding the ins and outs of execution. She has worked across sectors, with clients such as Allstate, DTE Energy, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Kimberly-Clark, Nike, and the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Natalie serves on the board of the DC Social Innovation Project. She holds an MBA from UVA’s Darden School of Business and a BA in Psychology from The College of William and Mary.
