Jess Poole is an Australian designer focusing on the strategic applications of design in service and experience contexts. With a passion for melding the creative with the analytical, she is drawn to difficult problems. Jess uses the core tenants of service design and design thinking to devise solutions that benefit customers, the business and staff, carefully sculpted around real world constraints. Jess is Design Strategy Lead at Level Studios and a Community Organizer for the Practical Service Design community. Previously she was Design and Insights Manager for The Customer Experience Company in Sydney, Australia; leading strategy, service and digital design projects, as well as building up internal design capability by morphing industrial and visual designers, analysts and management consultants into service designers and user researchers.
